You need to register for the conference and may do so online at the website above. Please note that if you also become a member of WMC (you join on the registration page) the registration fee is discounted. So, just registering for the conference as a non-member costs the same as becoming a member and registering for the conference. Being a WMC member is a great thing to add on your resume and it doesn't cost extra!
